Cairo’s First Family Christmas Card

I’ve already admitted that I’m a Christmas junkie (read 5 Holiday Happenings You’ve Got to Attend This Christmas).  What I am not however, is a creative, crafting, Pinterest mom. There are so many cool things you can do for a baby’s first Christmas but my inability to glue paper together puts a limit on some of that. I decided to make Cairo’s first Christmas special with a fun family photo shoot. We are going to get one of those cute ready-made ornaments from amazon that you can add a picture to that reads “Baby’s First Christmas” and I won’t have to prove my 3rd grade art teacher right by being horrible at crafts.

Now that my confession of Mommy failings is done, take a look at our Christmas photos taken by the phenomenal Disha Fraser of Cay Focus Photography. My makeup was done by the beautiful Beth Sherman AKA The Beauty Bee (find her on instagram @thebeautybee). We shot the images at the Old Fort Bay Club. The images Disha captured are incredible but shooting a 2.5 month old at night after a cranky day is definitely not advised. Take it from me and capture images of your little ones in the morning!
